How old of a debt can you collect on? We can pursue outstanding debts as long as they are within the Statute of Limitation. What types of debts can be placed for collection? We will accept all types of files for collection. How do you locate people? Our collectors use the latest software and internet access to locate debtors. It is very important that you provide all information, including social security numbers and a complete address, when turning over an account. What can the client do to help the collection process? The client can help by reporting payments made directly to you from the debtor to our office by phone or fax.
